The issue is abuse of power.  The accused is President Donald Trump.  The person reporting the misdoing is Michael D. Landingham.

This is a case of harassment and abuse carried out by Donald Trump against an ordinary American, Michael Landingham.  The evidence and background information on both parties, Michael and Donald, is available on this site.  At the time these events took place, Michael Landingham had recently announced on Facebook his intention to run for the office of President of the United States.

Read the evidence on the harassment by Trump of a candidate for president on this blogsite.  It started on Saturday, December 8, 2018, continued on Sunday, December 9, 2018, and went from harassment to threats using military helicopters the next day, Monday, December 10, 2018.  

Lasting three days it did much to reveal the character of Donald Trump.  It resumed more than a year later with the disruption of his phone calls and sending a threatening 'phone message' to Melinda Pillsbury-Foster, an investigative reporter and CEO for Women Leading Interactive TV Network.
